A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking.
The balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to the start of the tour.
For bookings made within 30 days of the departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
30-59 days before departure: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation by us, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative tour of the same value will be offered.
3. Alterations to the Itinerary
We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or local conditions.
Any changes requested by the client after confirmation may incur additional charges and will be subject to availability.
4. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients and should cover medical expenses, personal injury, and repatriation.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have adequate coverage for the entire duration of the tour.
5. Liability and Responsibility
We will take all reasonable care to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip, but we cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property.
Clients are responsible for their own actions and must follow the safety instructions of guides and staff at all times.
6. Health and Fitness
Clients must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or disabilities that might affect their participation in the tour.
Certain tours require a good level of fitness. Clients must ensure they meet these requirements.
7. Visas and Documentation
It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport and obtain the necessary visas for entry into Tanzania.
Clients must ensure they have the required vaccinations and health certificates as per Tanzanian regulations.
8. Complaints and Disputes
Any complaints should be reported immediately to the tour leader or company representative to allow for prompt resolution.
Any disputes arising from the tour will be subject to the laws of Tanzania.
9. Use of Images and Testimonials
By booking with Kiriche Safaris Ltd., clients consent to the use of their images and testimonials for promotional purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania, and any legal action arising from the tour will be subject to Tanzanian jurisdiction.
11. Acknowledgment of Risk
Clients acknowledge that adventure travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to wildlife encounters, challenging terrains, and variable weather conditions.
